Munich City Guide is 17 years old next month, one of the oldest websites still operating. The guide has gone through many designs, changes and styles. The current version has more information from more sources than ever before. Never heard of the original Munich City Guide, you are in for a pleasant surprise.

New Munich City Guide launched

Munich City Guide

Finally, the new Munich City Guide has be launched, and now includes a permanent Blog. There is still a lot of information to be added but this will be done over the coming weeks.

New photographs and many new resources have been added to the guide. See the Munich Oktoberfest section, or the new culture section. Hope you have time to visit.

Visiting Munich this week? Thursday is a religious holiday

This Thursday 11th June is a religious holiday in Munich, Bavaria and most Catholic areas. It is called "Fronleichnam" and means shops and banks will be shut. Make certain you have your shopping done today or wait until Friday. Many shops open from 10.00am
